Requirements
• You bring 10+ years of experience across product marketing, category marketing, commercial roles or high-growth environments — ideally in FMCG, food, snacks or sports nutrition • You have a proven track record of owning and scaling categories or product-based businesses with clear impact on revenue, margin and velocity • You have a strong understanding of FMCG dynamics, especially in high-rotation categories such as snacks, bars or beverages • You have experience managing product complexity (SKUs, formats, flavors) and driving clear portfolio decisions • You understand how to translate product, pricing, promotion and channel decisions into sell-through and repeat • You have experience operating across multiple European markets and understand retail and consumer differences • You ideally bring a background in top-tier FMCG, high-performance D2C or e-commerce environments • You are fluent in English; German is a strong plus • You’ll Thrive If You • Think and act like a future GM — you take end-to-end ownership for business outcomes • Operate with a strong bias for ownership, speed and accountability — as if you were running your own business • Obsess over product-market fit, taste, and repeat purchase, not just launch success • Make clear, commercially driven decisions, balancing growth, profitability and complexity • Are energized by fast cycles and high SKU turnover • Bring the commercial edge to cut underperforming SKUs and challenge value-destructive promotions • Have a strong curiosity for the snacking / bars category and how it evolves across markets
