Requirements

• Clinical Training Experience: 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows. Should have experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time • Travel Readiness: Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support. • Proximity to Travel Hubs: Located near a major airport to support frequent national travel. Must be within 60-min drive to airport. • Leadership Presence: Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption. • In-Person Agility: Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics and needs. • Operational Expertise: 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments. • Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience—whether working with hygienists or C-suite stakeholders. • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping practices succeed, with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption. • For full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate. Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Clinical Coaching • Lead high-touch, in-person trainings for doctors and staff on intraoral scanning and digital workflows. • Provide clinical coaching based on live observation to reinforce best practices tailored to the practice's goals and maturity level. • Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers, emphasizing clinical urgency, and building confidence in technology use immediately after trainings. • Clinical Advisory & Post-Training Analysis • Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits post-training for sustained early adoption of digital dentistry solutions. • Monitor outcomes within the first 30 days following training sessions, identifying targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success rates. • Share field insights gained during trainings and visits with clinical teams to inform scalable resources for onboarding new staff members and improving future training programs. • Practice Readiness & Operational Alignment • Assess readiness across various aspects of the dental practice, including current workflows, team structure, equipment availability, and technology integration before initiating any form of in-practice training or support activities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all necessary resources, messaging strategies, tools, and materials are prepared prior to commencing the scheduled training day for optimal learning experiences among staff members. • Customize training approaches based on factors such as practice size, complexity of procedures performed within the dental office, clinical goals set by leadership teams or individual practitioners, ensuring that each session is tailored specifically towards addressing identified needs and objectives unique to every participating team's environment.
