Responsibilities

• Oversee the People Team's operations and strategies to ensure alignment with company goals for innovation in people technology. • Develop and implement plans that enhance employee experience through technological solutions within HR processes. • Lead cross-functional teams focused on improving operational efficiency, talent acquisition, performance management systems, learning culture development, succession planning, retention strategies, diversity initiatives, change management programs, organizational design and transformation projects. • Collaborate with senior leadership to define people strategy that supports business objectives while fostering a positive work environment for employees at all levels of the organization. • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes by identifying opportunities for innovation using data analytics tools provided within our People Team's technology stack, and implementing changes based on insights gained from these analyses to improve employee experience and operational efficiency. • Manage a diverse team of professionals across various functions such as talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, HR information systems (HRIS) implementation/maintenance, organizational design consulting services, change management programs, succession planning strategies and retention initiatives. • Represent the People Team in executive meetings to provide input on talent acquisition strategy, employee experience enhancements through technology solutions within our people processes, operational efficiency improvements across HR functions, learning culture development plans, performance measurement methodologies, compensation & benefits administration policies, succession planning strategies and retention initiatives. • Act as a key liaison between the People Team and other departments to ensure seamless communication of company goals for people technology innovation while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives across all organizational levels.
