Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, accounting or related fields • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close processes • Experience with treasury, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools • Experience working with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly
Responsibilities
• Own and support core finance operations across accounting, FP&A, treasury, reporting, and business analysis • Support the monthly close process, including reconciliations, accruals, variance review, and financial statement analysis • Monitor cash position, support treasury management, and manage cash flow planning and forecasting • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, operational decisions, and resource allocation • Analyze monthly financial results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and operational performance • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, contractor payments, and related finance workflows as needed • Assist with tax, audit, compliance, banking, and lender-related requests • Improve and automate financial reporting processes and ensure data accuracy across financial systems and reporting tools • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Professional English communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience in fast-growing startups, tech companies, or international environments is a plus • FP&A expertise is a strong plus • Familiarity with BI tools, accounting systems and financial systems is preferred
