clickup - Engineering Manager

• Technical Expertise: • Proficiency in modern programming language (Node.js http://node.js/ preferred), relational databases, and at least one modern frontend framework. • Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure. • Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams. • Strong ability to mentor and develop technical talent. • Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and make data-driven decisions. • Communication: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Unsure if you meet all the qualifications of this job description but are deeply excited about the role?
