Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. • Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or pharmacy benefits. • Familiarity with pharmacy claims data and client reporting metrics. • Expertise in SQL with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices. • Proficiency in Tableau for developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations. • Working knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses. • Experience with dbt and GitHub-based workflows. • Ability to perform complex analyses and synthesize findings into business insights. • Track record of partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultative analytics support. • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences. • Experience managing or mentoring analysts. • Experience with medical claims data in addition to pharmacy claims. • Experience working in large-scale, high-growth organizations. • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. • $115,000—$140,000 USD • All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance. This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
