Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, GTM strategy, or related leadership roles, ideally within data, analytics, cloud, enterprise software, or AI/ML. • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams while maintaining direct ownership of strategic initiatives and business outcomes. • Demonstrated success building and scaling persona-led GTM strategies and programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and adoption across multiple regions and industries. • Experience developing messaging, thought leadership, and sales plays for executive audiences including CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Enterprise Architects. • Track record of successfully partnering with sales organizations, ABM teams, partner ecosystems, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable business results. • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value narratives. • Commitment to being a culture champion who builds trust, develops talent, and fosters collaboration and inclusivity across teams and regions. • An analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring impact, scaling successful programs, and continuously improving execution. • Experience working with Global Systems Integrators or ecosystem-led GTM motions is highly desirable. • BS/BA degree preferred. • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. • Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the EMEA Persona Marketing & Programs team, creating a high-performance culture that balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution. • Define and drive the regional GTM strategy for Line-of-Business personas, consisting of the offices of the CFO, CRO, CMO, and Chief Supply Chain Officer, ensuring Snowflake's value resonates with executive buyers. • Build and scale Snowflake's Enterprise Architect motion across EMEA, creating targeted programs, thought leadership, and an EA community that position Snowflake as a trusted transformation platform. • Partner with ABM, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing teams to activate persona-based campaigns, account-specific plays, and joint GSI programs that drive engagement and pipeline. • Lead Snowflake's Public Sector growth programs by driving clarity, execution rigor, and scalable go-to-market motions that enable SDRs and reseller partners to successfully position and sell fixed-price solution bundles. • Develop and execute regional "big bets" by identifying high-impact opportunities, and creating integrated campaigns and sales motions that accelerate adoption. • Champion outcome-driven selling by equipping field teams with persona-centric messaging and programs that connect Snowflake's capabilities to measurable business outcomes. • Drive alignment across sales, marketing, industry, and partner organizations to ensure disciplined execution of regional priorities and GTM programs. • Amplify the EMEA voice by surfacing customer insights, field feedback, and performance data to inform global GTM strategy, messaging, and investment decisions. • Translate Snowflake's value into compelling business and technology narratives that resonate across executive, architectural, and operational buying audiences.
