Requirements

• Extensive experience leading people managers and technology teams. • Demonstrated technology judgments and commercially viable decision-making. • Experience managing high scale 24hr technology platforms. • Experience within accounts or a closely related domain. • Ability to independently solve business problems and delegate effectively. • Commitment to using best practices to deliver and improve products, services and processes. • Good knowledge of cloud computing and modern build and deployment practices. • Impactful communication skills, including managing stakeholder relationships. • Knowledge of risk management processes and delivering software in regulated environments preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy and planning, execution and delivery for the Account Products cluster. • Manage and develop Engineering Managers and senior Individual Contributors (such as Staff Engineers), supporting their growth and success of their teams. • Drive cross-functional partnerships and collaborate with Product Leadership to create a best-in-class technology environment for successful delivery. • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build robust and scalable technology solutions, overseeing the development and maintenance of products and applications to meet customer needs, business requirements and industry standards. • Plan and execute technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating resources, managing risks, and monitoring progress. • Drive a culture of semi-autonomous teams that promote transparency in their work using open communication, clear metrics and following industry best practices.
