Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own the architecture and write the core low-latency code across Syncro (Rust). • Cut latency by design: validator submission path, network routing/peering, node co-location, direct QUIC/TPU ingress. • by design • Cut latency in code: optimal algorithms and data structures, tight time/space complexity, language- and OS-level performance (memory layout, allocations, cache, syscalls, lock-free concurrency). • in code • Lead the multi-region rollout on bare-metal and cloud, co-located near client trading venues. • Eliminate single points of failure with HA and automatic failover. • Automate safe, self-serve releases; own latency/uptime SLOs, observability, and alerting. • Set the technical bar through design and code review.
