Requirements
• Experience building and maintaining high-quality software systems or applications, with the ability to work across the stack and take solutions from prototype to production • Deep experience with AI-native development workflows, including regular use of tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex • Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and Python • Experience building and integrating systems using APIs, MCP, CLI tools, webhooks, and OAuth • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, defining problems as well as solving them without detailed specifications • Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business value • Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards for reliability, scalability, and code quality • Strong understanding of version control and CI/CD practices, including Git workflows, branching strategies, and automated testing and deployment pipelines such as GitHub Actions • Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, or BI platforms in a production environment • Experience building browser extensions or developer productivity tools • Active contributions to open-source AI tooling or developer communities • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes for packaging and deployment • Our recruiting process: • Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser
