• AI/ML expertise with sophisticated methodologies including deep learning and generative models such as large language models. • Demonstrable experience in applying these methods to science and engineering disciplines. • Experience leading innovation in simulation tooling, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and hybrid modeling approaches is required. • Ability to collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams for building AI-driven solutions that meet mission-critical needs. • Skills in publishing and presenting research outcomes at conferences and peer-reviewed journals are necessary. • Capability to contribute content to technical inventions disclosures including narrative graphics engagements supporting patent development is required. • Experience with additional responsibilities related to data science and product development initiatives, up to 10% of duties as needed (no more than).
