Requirements
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, product, or other fast-paced environments • Confidence in sourcing and running outbound searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles • Ability to build trust with hiring managers and act as a true partner in the hiring process • Good judgment, structured thinking, and a high quality bar in candidate assessment • Strong ownership and ability to manage several roles and stakeholders at once • Comfort with hiring metrics, funnel analysis, and pipeline health • Strong spoken English to communicate confidently with candidates and stakeholders in an international environment • WHAT ELSE MATTERS? • Proactivity – We love team members who take initiative and provide feedback • Critical thinking – We value problem-solvers who think beyond just writing code • Adaptability – Our industry is evolving fast, and we need people who thrive in change
