Requirements
• 3+ years of professional copywriting or content creation experience, ideally within the B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity domain. • Hands-on experience with content distribution platforms, specifically building/sending emails in HubSpot, managing social media via Statusbrew (or similar tools), and uploading content via website CMS. • A versatile portfolio demonstrating expertise in adapting copy for diverse channel formats, from complex technical documentation to succinct, high-converting ad headlines. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an unwavering commitment to editorial quality, consistency, and accuracy. • Proven ability to manage content creation and distribution for multiple campaign sequences simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. • Strong collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including PMMs, Creative Leads, and the Revenue Enablement team. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or risk management concepts into clear, engaging, and authoritative business value propositions. • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is the primary working language, with a base of operations in South Africa. • What will give you an edge? • Prior experience supporting Public Relations or Analyst Relations efforts with high-stakes, market-facing written materials. • Direct working knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to weave keywords naturally into authoritative blog and website copy. • Familiarity with using AI tools for content ideation, research summarisation, or maintaining content quality at scale.
