Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume contracting by drafting, reviewing, negotiating vendor agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, engagement letters, and DPAs. • Own the day-to-day management of Evisort and related tools to improve speed and accuracy at scale. • Structure documentation, build processes, develop resources, and create trainings for scalable infrastructure enhancement. • Serve as primary point of contact for business stakeholders across Procurement, IT/Engineering, Finance, and Operations regarding contract positions and deal movements. • See problems before they happen (implied responsibility not explicitly stated in the job posting).

We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $135,000 - $155,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
