Requirements

• 1. Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company (experience in Sales Enablement, HR Tech, or AI is a plus).2. Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to transition from strategic planning (setting content pillars, audience segmentation) to tactical execution (writing and editing blogs and thought leadership) 3. Storytelling Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing content that simplifies complex B2B concepts for executive and practitioner audiences.4. Mindset: Data-driven, collaborative, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve rapidly, similar to companies like Slack or OpenAI.

Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Content Editing • Elevate AI drafts: Review, refine, and elevate AI-generated drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, brand voice consistency, and strategic alignment with campaign goals • AI Prompting & Skills Building: Continuously improve AI prompting frameworks and editorial workflows to increase content quality, speed, and scalability • Content Structuring for AI: Optimize content with clear technical signals, structured data, and authoritative E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trust) to maximize its discoverability and citation frequency in AI-generated answers. • Partner on AEO/GEO Efforts: Define and implement strategies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to increase Mindtickle’s share of AI Voice and ensure our expertise is cited by platforms like Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other LLM-based search tools. • Thought Leadership Content & Strategy • Content Strategy: Strategize and implement a solid founder-led thought leadership strategy to amplify our voice and authority on B2B platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit. • Content Creation: Drive the creation of high-value, research-backed content assets—including LinkedIn posts, blogs, State-of reports, and whitepapers—in collaboration with SMEs and internal thought leaders. • Copywriting for Ads & Short-Form Formats • Create Conversion-Oriented Copy: Write high-impact, conversion-oriented copy across channels—including LinkedIn, paid media, email, landing pages, and website experiences • Cross-Platform Thinking: Apply cross-platform thinking to adapt core messaging into channel-native formats that drive engagement and performance • Collaboration & Performance • Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Campaign, and Product teams to distill complex platform features (e.g., AI Role Plays, Conversation Intelligence) into clear, compelling, and consistent messaging for all stages of the buyer journey. • Performance Measurement: Define key content KPIs (Generative Appearance Score, lead generation, pipeline contribution) and use data/analytics tools to track content performance, derive actionable insights, and iteratively refine the strategy for maximum ROI. • Mentorship: Mentor agency partners to maintain high creative and editorial standards.
