Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes, including commercial, consumer, and employment matters. • Oversee intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright enforcement, domain name disputes, and cease-and-desist responses. • Partner with business teams to proactively identify legal risks and develop practical, business-focused solutions. • Select, manage, and supervise outside counsel to ensure high-quality representation and cost-effective legal spend. • Lead internal investigations, subpoena responses, and e-discovery processes in collaboration with IT and product teams. • Counsel internal stakeholders on legal risk mitigation strategies while balancing business objectives. • Develop litigation strategies, support settlement negotiations, and assist with motion and brief drafting as needed. • Monitor and advise on evolving legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.
