Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, project management, or business operations in a service, hospitality, clinic, studio, or agency environment. • Proven experience running reporting rhythms and project boards (Asana, Notion, ClickUp, or similar). • Comfortable working inside a CRM daily and enforcing correct usage. • Excellent written communication and high attention to detail in remote, async environments. • Strong organisational skills and sound judgment in a fast‑moving, execution‑focused environment. • Comfortable holding peers and senior team members to process and deadlines. • Results • Results • Leadership receives one accurate, complete scorecard every week, on time. • SOPs and onboarding materials stay current and are actually used by the team. • New hires are “Day 1 ready” with access, training, and documentation in place. • Cross‑team projects you own ship on or before the agreed dates. • Data in the CRM is clean, complete, and usable for decision‑making. • Offshore ops work (art ordering, gifts, admin, retouch coordination) runs to standard without founder or Studio Manager chasing it. • Schedule • Schedule • Full‑time, Monday–Friday. • Full overlap with UK 9–5. • Occasional flexibility for launches, projects, or key meetings outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly and monthly operating cadence across marketing, sales, studio, guest experience, and production. • Maintain our ops wiki (SOPs, checklists, Looms) and keep documentation current and used. • Project‑manage cross‑functional work (CRM automations, guest welcome flows, studio‑to‑production handoffs, no‑show reduction) end‑to‑end. • Coordinate hiring stages, access, and onboarding so new team members ramp from documentation, not shoulder taps. • Own CRM usage and data hygiene in partnership with our Tech Lead. • Manage our ops assistant and offshore ops support (e.g. PH VAs, retouchers, HR admin). • Coordinate with production vendors on recurring workflows and resolve operational issues.

Benefits

• Base salary: £2,300–£2,500 per month (approx.
