Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration and health of the ATS (Ashby), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all roles and pipelines • Act as the primary point of contact for ATS-related queries, troubleshooting issues and supporting recruiters and hiring managers • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, delivering a smooth and timely experience for candidates and interviewers • Continuously audit and improve data hygiene (e.g. candidate stages, notes, scorecards, tagging) to ensure reliable reporting • Identify and implement improvements to workflows, automations, and templates within Ashby to increase efficiency • Partner with recruiters to streamline hiring processes and reduce administrative burden • Support reporting and analytics by maintaining clean, structured data and assisting with dashboard accuracy • Help document and standardise recruiting processes, ensuring best practices are followed across the team • You’ll likely have: • 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, talent ops, or administrative role (or similar exposure to hiring environments) • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and an interest in systems, tooling, and process improvement • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and consistency • Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to improve how things work
