• You have strong design fundamentals. You understand type, hierarchy, color, and layout at a level beyond personal taste • You understand, respect, and love the customers — you know that your job is to design for them, not design in general • You're fast and you're consistent. Quality doesn't drop on your tenth asset of the week. • You know the difference between "close enough" and "actually good" and you're not okay with close enough • You have strong, informed opinions and you're not afraid to share them. • You take feedback well. You don't confuse feedback on your work with feedback on you. • You ask good questions before you start, not after you've built the wrong thing • You’re ambitious and want to earn a spot as an AD or CD one day • At least 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign at minimum • Figma proficiency for collaborative design and file sharing • A portfolio that shows range across formats (digital and print) and demonstrates an eye for craft • IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a talent pool.
