Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define and execute the overall technical strategy for the global accounts under your domain, aligning it with Everpure's broader organizational goals and financial targets. • Technical Leadership: • Team Development: Lead and inspire a high-performance technical pre-sales culture that represents Everpure and delivers results in bookings, sales development, and overall solution applicability while simultaneously mentoring and developing your team. • Team Development: • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence through data-driven analysis and deep dives into regular territory pipeline and provide technical details to sales forecasting, refine strategies and close deals effectively. • Operational Excellence: • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Principal Engineers, Field Solutions Architects, and Customer Success, to ensure that the technical strategy aligns with product development and customer satisfaction initiatives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Change Management: Provide technical leadership, and oversight, to the extended Everpure team aligned with your accounts, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. • Change Management: • Accountability and Goal Achievement: Hold both the team and yourself accountable to achieve challenging goals while maintaining a forward-thinking approach that anticipates future market trends. • Accountability and Goal Achievement: • Executive Communication: Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C-suite, to establish open and trusting relationships that facilitate the alignment of business objectives and strategies. • Executive Communication: • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the long-term success of global accounts. • Risk Management: • Client Advocacy: Act as the technical advocate for your clients within Everpure, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. • Client Advocacy:
