zopa - Data Analyst (BI & Operations)

• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets. Python is a plus • Experience with dbt or data modelling (such as building robust transformations and maintaining clear documentation) • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (e.g. transforming raw or semi-structured data into reliable, production-ready datasets) • Interest in building reusable datasets and scalable reporting • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability • High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy • Strong communication skills, and able to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders • Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Curious and motivated to improve processes and outcomes • At Zopa we value flexible ways of working. • We value face-to-face collaboration and a good work-life balance.
