Requirements
• Technical Skills in Dart/Flutter for Android development • Experience with Python and Golang languages for API Services • Familiarity with cloud technologies for deployment and scaling • Understanding of performance-focused system design, microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines • Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration • Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently (Self-Motivation) • Passion for using technology to help people grow spiritually and connect with God (Mission-Driven Mindset) • Sees work as a calling to serve others and advance God's Kingdom (Heart for Ministry)
Responsibilities
• Own the process of taking assigned tasks from idea to implementation for high-quality results. • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to peer reviews for best practices. • Build & run tests to keep features reliable and user friendly. • Identify and fix technical issues to ensure smooth app operation. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop meaningful features.
