Requirements
• Experience: 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success operating within a high-growth venture-backed startup or modern B2B SaaS environment. • Industry Acumen: Strong structural understanding of the defense technology, SaaS, PaaS, or GovTech landscape, with a clear familiarity of companies operating within the regulated cloud space. • Deep Inbound/Outbound Sourcing: Advanced capability to map talent landscapes, build cold-outreach messaging that converts, and maintain healthy pipelines. • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, consultation, and negotiation skills; a proven ability to manage complex closing loops and advise senior leaders. • Operational Literacy: Hands-on experience using modern recruitment platforms (Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse) and advanced sourcing tools. • Adaptability: A distinct ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, shifting recruitment priorities seamlessly as business needs scale across technical, customer, and program teams. • Recruitment Marketing: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, building compelling employer brand messaging, and scaling talent platforms. • Have a strong interest in matters of national security. • Expert in Ashby ATS. • Technical Recruiter Certified. • Agile Scrum Certified. • Has recruited and grown roles and reqs in fast-paced startup environment • SUCCESS AT 2F LOOKS LIKE: • Viewing obstacles as opportunities for growth • Having a bias toward action and tangible, measurable results • Striving to be both compassionate and direct with your feedback • Being team-oriented and inclusive with your actions
Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies for mission-critical roles, including engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams. • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing top-tier technical and non-technical talent for our B2B SaaS and federal software platforms. • Drive outbound sourcing campaigns to build diverse pipelines for niche, specialized technology roles that are pivotal to national security missions. • Act as a talent advisor to senior leadership, providing market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and guidance on competitive hiring landscapes. • Ensure an exceptional and transparent candidate experience that reflects our company culture and mission. • Manage the end-to-end operational flow, from intake meetings to offer negotiations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Benefits
• The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $145,000, with a 10% bonus. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and equity grants. • This is a full-time, salaried engagement.
