Sony Music Global - Senior Software Engineer
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Build and enhance scalable applications that support Sony Music’s global products and platforms • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software across the full application stack • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into reliable technical solutions • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on long-term quality and system reliability • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and modernization initiatives across our platforms • Design APIs and services that integrate with internal systems and third-party platforms • Help improve application performance, observability, scalability, and operational excellence • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing • Partner closely with engineering leadership to establish engineering best practices and continuously improve development processes • Troubleshoot production issues using logs, monitoring, and root-cause analysis to ensure platform stability
