Responsibilities
• Develop complex software systems using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for projects based on business needs. • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, document code in a manner that ensures high quality software delivery within the project timelines while adhering to coding standards and best practices. • Participate actively in team meetings as well as one-on-one discussions with senior management regarding technical decisions impacting business outcomes. • Provide mentorship, guidance, training support for junior engineers on a variety of topics including but not limited to software development methodologies (e.g., Agile), programming languages and tools used in the organization. • Contribute actively towards continuous improvement by identifying opportunities within processes or systems that can be optimized further using modern technological solutions, thereby improving efficiency without compromising on quality of work delivered.
