Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering • 3+ years • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI shipped to real users • Proficient with LangChain and LangSmith for pipeline building and observability • Experience working with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs • Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem • Solid understanding of data pipeline design • Deep knowledge of AI engineering principles: if you have read Chip Huyen’s AI Engineering, you will feel right at home • Claude certification is a plus • Based in the London area or open to relocating within the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
• Design and build LLM-powered pipelines using LangChain and LangSmith • Integrate and optimize API calls to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face models • Build and maintain data pipelines that feed model training, evaluation, and inference • Monitor and improve model performance in production using structured evals and tracing • Work closely with product and engineering to ship features end to end
Benefits
• £120,000–£150,000 gross/year
