Responsibilities

• To maintain and monitor the health of plants within MyGreenhouse's facilities using appropriate horticultural techniques. • To ensure proper environmental conditions are met for optimal plant growth by adjusting temperature, humidity, light levels, etc., as needed based on species requirements. • To manage inventory including ordering supplies such as seeds, fertilizers, and pest control products to maintain a well-stocked greenhouse operation. • To perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning equipment, pruning plants, and repairing any minor damages within the facility. • To implement sustainable practices by recycling water, composting organic waste, or using renewable energy sources where possible to minimize environmental impact. • To collaborate with MyGreenhouse staff for team meetings aimed at improving greenhouse operations and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
