• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating large-scale backend systems, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto. • Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Go, Java, or similar) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), with hands-on experience designing distributed systems and APIs. • Track record of serving as DRI for complex technical projects, driving end-to-end delivery from system design through production deployment. • Experience integrating with or building on blockchain or crypto technologies such as stablecoins, on-chain payments, or smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Base). • Proven ability to write technical design documents and communicate system architecture trade-offs to product and engineering stakeholders. • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. • Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality. • Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below.
