Requirements

Responsibilities
• Leadership & Team Development • Lead and develop Channel Systems Engineers supporting strategic partners. • Ensure consistent technical support, solution design, and architectural guidance. • Set clear expectations, standards, and operating rhythms. • Build a culture focused on partner success and disciplined execution. • Opportunity-Level Orchestration • Serve as the primary technical connector across Field Sales, Alliances, and Partner SE teams. • Ensure each major opportunity has a unified technical and GTM plan. • Clarify roles, ownership, and escalation paths; reduce friction and duplication. • Strategic Channel Execution • Lead channel SE strategy across a region or segment. • Align technical engagement with company goals, partner GTM motions, and market dynamics. • Translate strategy into repeatable execution models and drive operational excellence. • Technical, Data Resilience & AI Leadership • Set the technical bar for channel SE engagement across resilience, cyber recovery, and platform architectures. • Ensure teams can articulate how resilient, secure, governed data enables cloud, analytics, and AI. • Support executive partner and customer conversations on cyber risk and modernization. • Provide field insight to influence product and GTM strategy. • Cross-Functional & GTM Impact • Partner with senior leaders across Channel, Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. • Strengthen strategic partner relationships and support joint solutions and complex opportunities. • Represent channel SE leadership in executive forums. • Data Resilience, AI & DSPM Context • Demonstrate strong understanding of data resilience, AI readiness, and DSPM concepts. • Connect data security, governance, and resilience to enterprise risk and AI integrity.
