• Design and build the vision inspection cell: cameras, optics, lighting, fixturing and software. • Develop computer vision and machine learning models to inspect machined parts. • Build the data pipeline behind them: capture, labelling, training and evaluation. • Validate results against conventional measurement, and agree with the quality team where vision can be trusted. • Integrate the cell with MasonOS so results feed the factory's records. • Deploy and maintain the system in production, designed for repeat deployment.
