Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field. • Deep data analysis, visualization, and presentation experience. • Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other programming language. • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate complex data into digestible insights. • Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows. • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate data into business decisions. • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics). • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to lead and work across teams in a collaborative manner. • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making. • Knowledge of product analytics tools, trends, and best practices. • Familiarity with agile software development. • Knowledge of product lifecycle management tools and platforms. • Ability to influence without authority and drive change across diverse teams. • Prior experience with healthcare operations is a plus. • Work Environment/Physical Demands • Long-distance or air travel may be necessary. • Activities require a significant amount of work desks in front of a computer monitor

Responsibilities

• Lead the product operations team in delivering high-quality products to customers and stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities for development efforts based on customer feedback and market trends. • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation within the Product Operations department. • Develop strategies to improve product delivery processes through continuous improvement initiatives. • Represent the company at industry events as a speaker or panelist discussing our products and services. • Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices in project management, customer service, and quality assurance. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product operations meet predefined targets for efficiency and effectiveness. • Communicate regularly with senior leadership about the status of projects, potential roadblocks, or opportunities for optimization within the Product Operations team.
