Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Civitech’s marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and brand leadership in the civic technology ecosystem. • Translate company objectives into measurable marketing goals across customer acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and brand awareness. • Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for Civitech’s products, services, and data offerings. • Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to support product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives. • Refine Civitech’s target audiences, buyer personas, and segmentation to guide messaging, campaigns, and product positioning. • Build and manage full-funnel marketing programs across channels including content, email, paid media, partnerships, and organic search. • Oversee the development of high-impact content and thought leadership that positions Civitech as a trusted authority in civic technology and voter engagement. • Steward Civitech’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across marketing channels, campaigns, and product experiences. • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities that expand Civitech’s reach and adoption. • Establish and monitor key marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and share insights with executive leadership. • Lead and mentor Civitech’s marketing team while managing budgets, contractors, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. • Prepare and present leadership and board-level reporting.
