Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or principal-level role with cross-functional scope • Full professional proficiency in English is required; the role operates within a global, English-language organization. Speaking Portuguese is a strong plus. • Proven track record working on customer facing products at a fast-growing consumer technology company • Experience experimenting with AI tools and a builder's mindset — you've prototyped with AI, not just used it. • Ability to cut through noise and focus on what matters • Familiarity with International markets or at least customer empathy for all customers regardless of their location • Experience driving alignment across large, matrixed engineering organizations on initiatives • Strong analytical skills and comfort utilizing quantitative data and other signals to define what good looks like and hold the bar there • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business priorities for diverse audiences • High degree of ownership and bias for action; you don’t wait to be asked, you identify the problem and mobilize the right people to solve it • Well-versed and opinionated on the intersection of consumer technology and our core value propositions of safety and coordination. • Comfort with regular travel across Latin America, with occasional trips to the US and UK approximately three times per year • Experience with large-scale mobile or consumer applications serving hundreds of millions of users is a strong plus • Experience adapting products and experiences for local market fit including leading internationalization and localization initiatives
