Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all purchasing processes globally, covering technology, software, hardware, and professional services procurement. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost efficiency and vendor quality across Insider One’s global supplier base. • Manage vendor relationships and lead contract negotiations with a cross-functional stakeholder group spanning Finance, Legal, and IT. • Build and maintain scalable procurement policies, workflows, and tooling that support Insider One’s speed of growth. • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance, optimize spend, and manage risk in all purchasing decisions. • Partner with IT and product teams on technology procurement, ensuring Insider One’s tools and systems are cost-effective and fit for purpose. • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities across categories without compromising quality, speed, or vendor relationships. • Track and report on procurement performance metrics, providing visibility to leadership on spend trends and savings achieved. • 5–6+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. • Experience working in a technology or SaaS company — familiarity with software and technology procurement is strongly preferred. • A proven track record of vendor negotiation and contract management across multiple categories and geographies. • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to use data to drive procurement decisions and measure outcomes. • High organization, attention to detail, and comfort building processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment. • The ability to operate effectively in a multi-regional, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
