Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation • Strong hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign builds, lifecycle processing, and system management • Experience supporting lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) and marketing-to-sales processes • Familiarity with MAP (Marketo strongly preferred) • Familiarity with our core marketing systems: Demand Base, Asana, Qualified, Mobly, Swoogo preferred • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage system integrations
Responsibilities
• Supporting Marketo Ownership & Operational Execution • Partner with Marketing Operations leadership to support the overall ownership and evolution of the Marketo instance • Execute the operational vision for Marketo, including lifecycle processing, lead scoring, routing logic, and system workflows • Build, maintain, and optimize smart campaigns, nurture programs, and operational processes that support scalable marketing execution • Managing Data Flow, Integrations & Sync • Support and maintain integrations between Marketo and CRM (Salesforce preferred) and other marketing tools • Monitor and troubleshoot sync issues, ensuring accurate and timely data flow across systems • Help maintain data integrity within Marketo through ongoing governance, normalization, and system checks • Enabling Campaign Operations & Execution • Support campaign builds across teams, including program setup, list imports, segmentation, and token population • Partner with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed in alignment with best practices and operational standards • Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide hands-on support to keep programs running smoothly • For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below. • You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
