Requirements

Responsibilities
• Architectural Strategy: Design the next generation of our data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability across all product lines. • Infrastructure & Pipeline Engineering: Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes that transform raw data into high-integrity formats for enterprise-wide analytics. • Data Trust & Integrity: Lead initiatives to improve data quality by implementing rigorous validation, cleaning processes, and data governance policies. • Performance Optimization: Identify and eliminate system bottlenecks by optimizing database performance (indexing, partitioning, query optimization) and ensuring high system uptime/SLA. • Technical Mentorship: Elevate the team's output by providing guidance to junior engineers and contributing to the strategic direction of data engineering initiatives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and internal stakeholders to integrate data solutions into applications and ensure organizational data needs are met.
