Requirements
• Strong experience working with Salesforce platform development and configuration • Experience developing custom solutions within Salesforce environments • Familiarity with Apex development and Salesforce customisation capabilities • Understanding of workflow automation, reporting, and data management within Salesforce • Ability to design and maintain scalable Salesforce workflows for operational processes • Experience collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver platform improvements • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce functionality • Experience developing Salesforce integrations using APIs • Exposure to integrating Salesforce with external platforms and internal systems • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow orchestration within the Salesforce ecosystem • Experience working on Salesforce implementations that support complex operational services or industry workflows • Understanding of best practices for Salesforce reporting, data models, and system integrations
Responsibilities
• Design and implement custom workflows and business processes within Salesforce • Develop Salesforce functionality to support new and existing services across the organisation • Build advanced reporting and analytics within Salesforce to support operational decision-making • Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and automation • Configure and extend Salesforce capabilities to support evolving service workflows • Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate operational requirements into Salesforce solutions • Maintain and improve existing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations • Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability
