Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or product delivery role. • Proven experience managing complex backlogs across multiple workstreams or teams. • Strong command of Agile/Scrum principles with demonstrated delivery outcomes. • Experience facilitating discovery and requirements sessions with senior stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate junior team members. • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent delivery tooling. • CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMI-PBA certification. • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale). • Experience in retail technology, POS systems, or fuel/convenience industry. • Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, multi-epic backlogs with direct, significant business impact. • Lead product discovery and feature definition, partnering with Product Management to shape priorities. • Maintain 2+ sprints of fully refined, Definition of Ready work consistently. • Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions independently. • Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders with confidence and strategic clarity, presenting risks and recommendations to senior leadership. • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, leading program-level planning inputs and quarterly roadmap reviews. • Actively mentor Junior and Mid-Level PDLs through regular feedback and coaching. • Contribute to PDL standards, templates, and best practices across the delivery team, driving continuous improvement of refinement practices. • Interview Process: • Interview Process: • Interview #1: Video Screen with Talent Acquisition Team • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams) • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)

Benefits

• Base Salary Range $120K – $130K • The base salary range for this position is commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.
