Requirements
• Undergraduate degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience. • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Legal Server as a user, plus a strong interest in developing skills as an administrator. • Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required. • Experience working with KIND or other legal aid programs. • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills. • Passion for how superior data collection and analysis can further the execution of KIND’s mission. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (such as Teams, Excel, etc.). • Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task in our KIND environment, managing numerous priorities and emerging opportunities. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-riented environment; ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate. • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Committed to practicing and supporting wellbeing and a work-home life balance. • Experience working and communicating in a remote environment preferred but not required
