• 7+ years experience shipping customer-facing web products across the stack • Ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept through deployment and iteration • Product engineering instincts: you can define problems, simplify scope, and prioritize what creates measurable value • Comfort moving between strategy and execution, from writing a one-pager to debugging production behavior • Clear written and verbal communication in a remote, async environment • High standards paired with pragmatism: you know when to move fast and when to invest in durability • A builder mentality and bias to action; you are self-directed and learn quickly in new domains • A major plus if you also bring: • Experience as a technical founder or early engineer at a high-growth SaaS company • Experience with with AI/LLM agent architectures or ML-backed product features • Familiarity with 3D graphics, WebGL/Three.js, or design tools • While we've identified the core experience and skills required above, please still apply if you have more or different experience than this!
