• Must have: • - At least 5+ years of experience in Product Management with senior leadership roles. • - Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable digital products. • - Experience managing and growing high-performing product teams. • - Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills. • - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. • - Deep understanding of Agile / Lean product development. • - Experience in B2B/B2C iGaming Platform products. • - Ability for business trips or relocation to Cyprus (if required).
Responsibilities
• Co-define and execute the company’s product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy. • Translate business goals into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes. • Lead strategic initiatives across multiple product lines or platforms. • Oversee product discovery and delivery to ensure timely, high-quality releases. • Drive data-informed decision-making using customer insights, analytics, and market research. • Ensure strong product lifecycle management from ideation to sunset. • Lead, mentor, and scale Product Managers and Head of Products. • Establish best-in-class product processes, rituals, and governance. • Foster a strong product culture focused on ownership, impact, and continuous improvement. • Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership as key escalation point for product risks, trade-offs, and prioritization conflicts. • Communicate product strategy and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders. • Improve product planning, roadmap clarity, and execution predictability. • Support budgeting, resource allocation, and product performance reviews. • Step in as acting CPO when required.
