Responsibilities
• Write production code across the full stack including Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony), Vue.js/TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure. • Lead a product triad alongside a Product Owner and Designer, owning technical delivery and architectural decisions for your team's domain. • Mentor and develop three direct reports through regular pair-programming, code reviews, and career growth planning.
