Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, precisely, and creatively. • Understanding of human-computer interaction, user research, or behavioral design. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in product or technology environments. • Experience designing user-centered experiences, conversation flows, or digital interactions. • Familiarity with generative AI tools, large language models, or conversational AI platforms. • Ability to analyze outputs, identify patterns, and make data-informed improvements. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Professional proficiency in English.
