Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in operations, systems administration, or process improvement • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field of study is preferred; Must be a high school graduate • Prefer candidates who are AWS Practitioner certified • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com (boards, automations, dashboards) • Experience working with operational tools and SaaS platforms • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI agents, automation tools) in a business context • Prefer experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) • Familiarity with AWS (basic cloud concepts, storage, permissions, or services) • Prefer experience working with APIs or basic scripting • Background in startups, fast-growing companies, or scaling operations is preferred • Experience building internal tooling or dashboards is preferredDiscover your inner Racker: Racker Life#LI-MF1 #LI-Mexico
Responsibilities
• Own and manage operational tools and systems (e.g., CRM, project management, documentation platforms), ensuring they are optimized and effectively integrated • Design, maintain, and optimize workflows in Monday.com to support day-to-day operations • Identify inefficiencies and recommend tooling, automation, or AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency • Support and manage system integrations using APIs, automation platforms , or native features • Document, improve, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable processes • Train team members on systems, workflows, and best practices • Provide ongoing system support and drive continuous improvement of operational processes
