• 3–5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields • Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders • Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton) • Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance • Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions • Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model • This role is remote and can be executed globally
