Responsibilities

• Own and architect GTM workflows - Design, build, document, and iterate on signal-based outbound systems using Apollo, HubSpot, Dripify, and AI tooling. You treat every workflow as a system to be optimised. • Own and architect GTM workflows • Translate intent signals into qualified pipeline - Monitor market signals — job changes, engagement data, events, inbound activity — and route accounts through enrichment workflows to activate them from MEL → MAL → MQL → SQL. • Translate intent signals into qualified pipeline • Build with GenAI - Actively create prompts, automations, and AI-assisted sequences that sharpen personalisation, compress cycle time, and improve conversion.
