• 10+ years SAP ECC Finance experience• Deep expertise in the Funds Management (FM) module including Fund, Funds Center, and Commitment Item budget structures• Working knowledge of FM integration with GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting modules• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and facilitate complex solutioning workshops• Experience developing and managing large, complex test efforts• Ability to coordinate across architects, developers, BASIS, Middleware, and business analysts• Understanding of Agile project delivery; SAFe certification required within 60 days of start • SAP Public Sector Finance / Funds Management experience in a federal government context• S/4HANA implementation or migration experience• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using SNP Crystalbridge or SAP DMLT• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Public Sector)• Prior DoD or Army financial management system experience• CDFM, CGFM, CPA, or equivalent federal finance certifications • At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
