Requirements
• High level of professional responsibility • Excellent communication • Ability to learn and adapt quickly. • Proven ability to design and implement complex, responsive UIs with HTML, CSS, React, and Typescript. • 3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications, with a focus on frontend development. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments. • Strong understanding of REST or gRPC API design and consumption. • Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerized/cloud-native environments. • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, prototyping, or collaboration with design teams. • Knowledge of frontend and backend testing frameworks and best practices. • Proficiency with Git-based workflows and collaborative engineering practices. • Experience implementing multi-view data visualizations. • Experience using AI technologies. • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). • Contributions to open source projects, ideally in the cloud-native or frontend ecosystem. • Experience working in agile, fast-paced, or startup environments. • Experience working with GlooShot
Responsibilities
• You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to craft interfaces that make advanced technology accessible. You’ll contribute to both frontend frameworks and backend APIs, ensuring usability and performance go hand in hand. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to open source, partner with our customers, and directly influence the adoption of Solo’s products across industries. • This is a remote role for applicants based in the US.
