Responsibilities
• Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with Business Partners (BPs) and hiring leaders across global business and tech teams (but not limited to) to understand business goals and talent needs, ensuring alignment with EBANX’s hiring strategy; • Strategic Alignment: • business and tech teams • Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including reviewing inbound applications, proactively sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting thorough technical and behavioral interviews and closing processes; • Talent Acquisition: • Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from start to finish, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for candidates;
