Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience in equity compensation or reward, ideally within a fast-paced or multinational environment. • Experience supporting share plan administration, with some exposure to global equity programs. • Working knowledge of equity compensation, including basic tax, legal, and regulatory considerations. • Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and levels. • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability. • Good analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. • It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible.
